Over the past 20 years Te Ora Hou Aotearoa have developed partnerships with community-based organisations around the world.

Below are some of the active relationships we are currently developing with partners in the Asia-Pacific region.

HAWAI’I : Ke Ola Hou is based on the Te Ora Hou model of faith-based youth work with young people and families from high risk communities. Click here for more information.

SAMOA, FIJI, SOLOMON ISLANDS, KIRIBATI : Te Ora Hou partner with YFC Samoa & YFC Fiji in the Ola Fou Pacific Youth Worker Training Programme. Click here for more information.

FIJI: Te Ora Hou have sent two groups of teenage parents to visit Homes of Hope teenage parents and share experiences learning from each other. Click here for more information.

PHILIPPINES: Lilok is a Christian Community Development Training Organisation working in the slums of Metro Manilla. Te Ora Hou with support from NZAID have been funding a 12 month evaluation of Lilok programmes and the impact this organisation has made over the past 10 years.

NEPAL: Te Ora Hou has supported Youth Action Nepal (YOAC) with organisational capacity building over the past four years and provided funding for youth training programmes in conflict prevention, youth participation, women from ethnic minorities leadership development and gender analysis.
